The Petsmart Charities PetWalk and Adoption Event is presented by Purina. This festival is a great event for you and your furry four legged friend to come out and celebrate the compassion shared for the welfare of animals all over the state. Participation raises funds for local animal-welfare agencies that help thousands of homeless pets in Arizona.

The event has many components including a large adoption event, a 5k for those running enthusiasts, a slower 1 mile walk for humans and their furry friends, and actitivies for all ages, kids, adults and pets.

Here's how you can get involved.

• Register – Join in to walk, fundraise and help save the lives of homeless pets. Even if you can't make it to the actual event, you can still register and fundraise as a virtual walker!
• Donate – Contribute funds or in-kind goods and services to the event.
• Volunteer – Help out on the day of the event.
• Sponsor – Choose your sponsorship level and marketing benefits.
